@Sandytechy20, @CocoSteph, or @The_Fossette,

I have the same issue with HP 63 ink cartridges (2-pack Black/Tri Color) and my HP Deskjet 3632. I bought the cartridges from Walmart. The ink light on the printer kept flashing and the printer did not function. I went through the troubleshooting in the manual and the one posted on this post but nothing worked. After I saw this post and was sure that the problem was with the both cartridges, I ordered the new 2-pack HP 63 ink from Amazon. So far the ones from Amazon work fine. However, I could not return the first cartridges at Walmart. Walmart Customer Service told me that they could not accept the cartridge which has been open and asked me to contact HP. I went on the website and have the same problem @CocoSteph had. I could not get to where I can file a claim. I also tried to call HP Tech Support but could not get anywhere. Could either of you share the solution sent privately by @Sandytechy20 to @CocoSteph?

Thank you,

Nooon

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Cheers.
