HP Deskjet 2652
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not sure this is the right category. But, I  have a DeskJet 2652 and I'm trying to re-enroll my printer with HP instant ink, however,  I'm unable to connect to the printer. I replaced the tri-color cartridge which was sent via Instant ink 6 months ago. Now. The printer tri-color light is blinking. I've tried resetting numerous times, but the same thing happens. Also, I noticed that there is a blinking envelope on the LCD screen. I don't know what this means. The printer shows up as offline in HP Smart. How do get the printer to be online so I can re-enroll the printer with Instant Ink? Any help is appreciated.

@LuvinThisMoment, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Is the wireless light on the printer solid or blinking? If blinking, the printer has lost the network connection.

Reconfigure the printer on the network and try again.

If you can't find a way, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instructions

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I had to buy ink from Walmart to test if there was something wrong with the printer. It can print, but, I'm having a problem with re-enrolling. When  I try to enroll, I keep getting a message that my printer is offline and to make sure its powered on and connected to the internet. I connected the printer to the internet, and it can be seen with HP Smart app. But, every time I try to enroll I get the same message. Right now, I'm using a USB cable to print, because I wasn't able to print when connected by wifi. Still trying to get the printer to be enrolled.

**No more blinking lights" *
