I've tried to contact support but can't find where I'm supposed to continue after i bring up my info. I have a photosmart 7520. It's from 2014. Just got a printer failure message. I've unplugged it when it was on and followed all the senerios for that. I've cleaned the printer heads and the cartridges. The cartridges are pretty new, just put them in on Thursday of this week. Still getting the error. Is there any hope or is it toast and I just need to purchase a new one?
