I raised engineer visit request for my Hp-Inkjet 419 printer on 19th september 2024. its been more than a month and inspite of multiple follow ups there is no action taken. Still waiting for quotation for visit. May i know who is accountable for such poor customer service from HP and what action will be taken against him.
