Hi guys, I have a 5510 b111b for years and it works perfectly, I was using 178 cartridges in my previous country, then I moved to Europe and here the cartridges are 364, I bought the original ones and Incompatible cartridges are indicated. I figured out that I need to change region or country, but no solution presents itself when I do it through the printer's touch screen. Any help so I can use it again Ps: I can't find the 178 here and HP support told me to buy the 364 but they can't help but change regions or countries. THANKS

I'd like to help!
I understand you moved, and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
NOTE: regional reset is attempted on a best-effort basis, it might not work on all printers.
If this does not work, we cannot re-attempt it as it may brick the printer
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
