I need to reset region, can you help?

I'm from Ukraine. The printer with HP 122 cartridges does not want to work, writes that they are incompatible

I'd like to help!
I understand you moved and the printer is not is accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hi
I have the same issue, moving from Europe to Japan with a printer Envy photo 6220 and not able to use 804 cartridge as it was initially set for 303
can you help me to do a regional reset for Japan instead of EU ?

Hello sir,
I have the HP 2130 deskjet printer bought from middle east and brought to India. The catridges for the printer are HP 123 and is not availale in India.Instead they have the HP 803(from the HP compatiblity chart).
I have installed the HP803 catridge but the printer is showing incompatible catridge.Please help
