HELP!!! Okay so here is the issue. I need a regionalization reset on my printer. I am from the U.S. and took my printer overseas for work. Now, I am back in the U.S. and I bought new HP American ink. I am putting my new American ink inside my printer and it says its incompatible. I made a case with HP and my issue has not been resolved. I spoke to a technician who did a semi-full reset and now my printer screen is stuck on the incompatible ink cartridge. I disconnected and powered off the printer and the error still shows. He did not solve the issue. I asked for a supervisor who informed me that I need to speak to an HP technician from the former country that I was in. She indicated that my printer had a good life and that I should buy a new printer. This is very rude and unprofessional. My screen was not stuck on that error message prior to me speaking to the customer service rep. How am I going to make a call to a foreign country on my dime? There is no toll free number to call the former country. I need my issue solve please.
