Product: Deskjet 3634
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. We have a deskjet 3634 from the US that normally uses 61 ink, currently located in the Caribbean. The available ink cartridges however are 302 and aren't working. We will like to reset the region as we will only be able to get 302 moving forward. Can you let me know how to change the region of the printer? Can someone from HP reply privately or provide a contact number to address this matter? Thanks.
