Hi.
I bought a OfficeJet 7720 from Great Britain and now I'm moved to South Korea.
I used 953XL ink for this printer and it is not available where I'm currently at.
Therefore, I bought 955 XL inks since they are equivalent to 953XL inks for Asia/Pacific region.
However, my printer doesn't work with an error message 'not compatible cartridges'.
I found out regionalization reset is needed to use new inks.
I called HP Support in South Korea and they can't help with this issue since it's not released in here.
Could someone tell me how to get code for regionalization reset?
Thank you in advance and take care of your health in this pandemic.

Hi @sjh1334,
I'd like to help!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @Jay_G24,
First of all, thank you for your help.
I could read your message by clicking the message Icon above.
However, the message icon is gone(please see below screenshot) and your link for the private message doesn't work either(it rejects me with Access Denied message).
can the private message be read only one time? or is just a glitch on the community website?
If private message can be read for a single time, could you re-send the message?
Thank you.
