HP Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One Series

Hello,

 

I have an Officejet 4620 e-All-in-One (the model number on my profile is wrong) and I moved to the UK. So I would like to reset the region to use the ink refills here please.

 

Currently using 564 cartridges, and would like to use 364 cartridges.

I understand you have moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
