I have been reading these questions and done everything that it has said for weeks to Tey and get my printer working. The message that everyone seems to be getting. I got brand new ink and it keeps telling me to reinstall ink cartridges. Seems to be a common problem. Why the heck sell the printers if there is nothing but trouble from them. I'd say I've used my printer about 10 times since I got it and I thought maby the I k had dried that's why I got new ink and it's still saying thr same thing. Complete rubbish of printer and worse thing u can't even get to speak with anyone to Tey and sort it. I have bought an Epson printer for sublimation and havnt had any problems. If I can't get this fixed I'll also have to purchase a new printer for normal printing but I definitely won't be using a hp again. Total disgrace and waste of money. 100%  would not recommend hp.
