Remaining on Instant Ink

I want to remain on Instant Ink, but received a message from HP that I was no longer connected because I used a Staples cartridge when my Instant ink ran out.  I want to contact an HP support person, not some useless discussion group.

While we are certainly not useless, it is true we cannot help you with this issue.


I suggest you contact Instant Ink Support in your region and discuss the issue with a Support representative.
