Remove and Reinstall the indicated Ink Cartridge

I changed my color ink cartridge it was working perfectly fine I printed like 4 color 4x6 pictures by the 5th it was freezing, So I stopped the printing & then I got this error message...

"Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed"

 

I’ve tried everything but replacing it with a new cartridge.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
