Envy 7134

Hi,

I’ve just got the message to remove and reinstall the black cartridge on my Envy 7134 but even after trying to reinstall the cartridge and performing a hard-reset, Im still presented with the same error - Anyone have any ideas?

Which ink cartridge is indicated in the error message?

You may install one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

Make sure the protective plastic tape is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
