This seems to be such a common problem, and now it's my turn to have it.

 

I am subscribed to Instant Ink, usually no problems. But now I am paying for a service I am not receiving.

 

My printer has a recurring issue.  It is telling me to remove and reinstall the indicated (colour) ink cartridge.  I am doing this but still getting the same error.  
 
I have tried all the support strategies suggested on your website (hard resets etc) and on the forums but to no avail.
 
Please send me a new colour cartridge.

Thank you for your message Jay.  I had hoped that the telephone customer service had fixed the issue but eleven days on and they have really let me down - I still have no ink, no way to print and am still being charged for this service, and so I have contacted you in the hope you can help.
