Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge. error

Hi ,

I was printing some documents and I got an error in between "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge. error...." .

I searched the forum and tried everything restart /factory reset etc as per instruction but this error message is still coming 

Please help.

Also, if you have any other set of cartridges, do try those and see if you get the error message.

Hi ,

 

I have gone through all your recommendation but didn't solve the issue. I can send all details printer/cartridge reference model in case you need. Also when I tried with single color cartridge and it works so I believe only problem with black ink cartridge.

This problem started while in between printing. Please help.

Do you have another black ink cartridge to try? If yes, please insert that and check if it works with that.

Unfortunately I don't have another spare of black cartridge.

I would recommend you to buy a new cartridge and check if its a cartridge issue.
