Remove touchscreen panel from OfficeJet 4360. OR device will not power on; all diagnostic steps neg.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Device stopped powering up. I have been through all diagnostic steps and have replaced (apparently needlessly) the power module.  Looking for a solution or workaround.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Does Not Turn On and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
