Hello,
we have HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw printer and we faced the following issue:
the below message was appeared:
C3-6140 The imaging unit is empty. Immediate user intervention is required to replace the imaging unit. Printing has stopped, all other machine services (if installed) are unaffected.
we were replaced the Imaging unit with a new one, but we still faced the same problem.
what should we do to solve this issue, please advise.

Hello,
i follow the below instructions, and the problem was solved:
For reset imaging unit, fuser follow below mentioned procedure: 1.open front door> menu #1934 menu> tech mode>data setup>clear count> password--1934> clear counts,imaging unit, fuser etc.
