macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 was working fine.  We replaced the black ink with a genuine HP 902XL cartridge, and the printer no longer prints.  We purchased a second cartridge, and had the same results.  When going through the troubleshooting routine, it shows that the cartridge is there and is full of ink.  When I attempt to print a test page, it sounds as if it is printing, but no ink is laid down on the paper.  We cleaned the print heads with the wet paper towel method, but still no ink is being dispersed.  Frustrated and appreciate any available help.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
