HP Recommended

Replaced all ink cartridges with 902 (B, Y, M) and 902XL (black) genuine HP.  Printer printed a couple pages of a word document with some smeared/missing lines and now wont print black at all. I have tried hard reset, removing and replacing cartridges, printing from different platforms (word, power point, test sheet), upgraded firmware/driver, and nothing Super frustrated wasting ink, paper and time!!!
