HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer - C311b

I have a 7510 Photosmart all in one unit (C311b). The original cartridges (HP 178) are basically impossible to find in Europe. HP themselves recommend using the 364 cartridge so I bought a brand new OEM set, upgraded the firmware and nothing works as the cartridges are not recognised. So now i have set of new yet useless cartridges as recommended by HP. Any advice?

I see that you are facing an issue with ink cartridges for your Printer.

Please find the below image for supported ink cartridges for your printer.

 

 

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Was the printer purchased in Europe and being used in the same country?

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
