Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

My printer ceased functioning, and HP sent me a replacement via FedEx. However, there were no instructions at all about how to return the broken original -- and non one answers my emails. I have a sticker/address label (which was in a pouch on the box), but not one damned word of instructions about what to do with it, or where to take the thing.
