Product: Officejetpro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I bought an officejetpro 9010 in French Polynesia set for region 1 (Asia, New Zealand), using 965 cartridges.

I need to reset it to region 2 (Europe) France as a matter of fact for 963 cartriges.

How can I do this ?
