 Hi @rbonham56,

I'd like to help!

Are you trying to scan to email or is the printer asking for an administrator password?

Follow the below instructions-

--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP

--->on the EWS page select scan --->scan to email

--->Outgoing Email Profiles > Add, Edit, or Delete Email address profile(s)

 Select Test, Edit, or Delete an existing profile

 --->In Outgoing Mail Profiles > Select (checkbox) line for an existing Profile-->Edit--> Under Create a Security PIN > Clear boxes to remove Security PIN

---> click Next to continue

If you're looking for administrator pin a reset must be performed on the printer

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!

Let me know!
