I forgot my password and unfortunately, the printer dashboard login does not have a "reset password" option, so I've been locked out and can't adjust the printer's settings.
Additionally, this all started when I was trying to use the "Scan to Email" settings. I had it all set up in the dashboard. But when I went to use the feature, the control panel said I had to sign in with a PIN. I entered the PIN I set when I set up the Scan to Email settings in the dashboard, but that failed over and over again. Now the machine is useless besides just basic printing and copying.
