The printer was replaced under the case number.
I still have the old device here, and physically it is in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, I did not receive a return label. I am happy to send it in.

To assist you further, could you please share your case number and Customer Service Order (CSO) number via private message? This will help us locate your records quickly and issue a return label if needed.
To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.

Also, kindly double-check the box the replacement printer arrived in, sometimes the return label is included inside or affixed to the bottom flap.
