Hi, last month I printed 40/50 pages but now I can't see the number of my rollover pages. It says they are "Pending", and instead of use that pages, once that the 50 normal pages were used, it created a new pack of "extra" pages of 15. How can I fix this?

Pending message typically means you just finished a cycle hence the account page will update afterwards. That is normally the only time roll over pages shows pending. You also can check the print history option on the account page and check the prior cycle in the meantime to manually determine what you will have for roll over in the meantime until the account page updates.
Example if you paid for overages / Additional pages on a prior cycle then the leftover will be added to your roll over pages typically 24 hours after a cycle ends.
There also was recent changes to the roll over amounts I belive which is as follows:
50 page plan allows max of 100 roll overs Additional pages=Each additional set of 10 pages for just $1.00 USD or $1.25 CDN
100 page plan allows max of 200 roll overs Additional pages=Each additional set of 15 pages for just $1.00 USD or $1.25 CDN
300 page plan allows max of 600 rol overs Additional pages= Each additional set of 20 pages for just $1.00 USD or $1.25 CDN
