I am a retailer and was hekping customer to claim a faulty printer and call customer service.thus agent is ni helpful and ask for video as if i wanna prank him asking me to change different cables for 3 times?how stupid is that to ask a technicalperson like me to do stupid stuff,this is harassment i think,what do i get?this is the kind of treatment HP giv to his loyal supportive retailer who sells lots of laptop and printer for HP??

The support agent has NO way of knowing your technical level and believe me, people lie all the time. The agents are provided a template to follow to eliminate common issues that are in no way related to faulty hardware. If you do sell a lot of HP products you should consider applying for an HP Partner program that will give you access to 2nd level agents, not front line agents. If the agent was only following their protocol, that is not rude, if they made disparaging remarks that is a different issue and in that case you would have a right to be angry.
