HP DeskJet 2700 series

I have had my printer (HP DeskJet 2700 series) for a while and it has already printed documents but it is asking us to put in the setup cartridges. It also changed its identifier and it will not print even though we have put in the setup cartridges as it keeps saying to put in the setup cartridges even though it sometimes registers that it’s ready to print. How can I make it print?

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for replacement Setup Cartridges

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
