Dear good afternoon, I am presenting an error on HP laserjet Enterprise 500 mfp line printers using SMTP, when I configure it on the web the mail test is successful, but when I do the test on the printer to scan and send, it generates the error "SMTP protocol error"
The SMTP server configuration I am using is Azure Communication Services "Email Communication Services Domain", I am using this option because Microsoft deprecated the SMTP OAuth and Basic SMTP option
