HP Support failure

The printer below will be returned to HP's sales channel as a result of HP support doesn't proactively support their customers. My life is too short to remind people to report back with solutions. Bad management or indifference they failed at providing an on-par support effort

Word of caution

Don't buy an HP (Tango X) Printer and expect it to work.

Don't buy an HP product if you expect on-par support (From HP).

If you ever bought the printer below as new, you have been fooled.
