Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried as per suggestions (editing registry, stopping spooler, renaming spooler drivers, etc) by Dragon-Fur to @mksmith44 on January 28, 2018, but still my printqueue empties without really printing out as before. My Windows 10 Home is 20H2, dated July 9, 2020, build 19042-746, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.551.0. The printing worked all the way from initial installing of Windows 10 until about 3 weeks ago. Since then no print outs.

@majumders, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Have you tried using Windows built-in drivers? Here is how you do it-

  • Go to Control Panel - Devices and printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
  • Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.

Refer to this document HP Printers - Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver for help.

Try printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
