The printer shows an internet connection with four bars.
My HP ENVY laptop is connected to the same network as that printer.
When I try to print, the popup window does not display a print option, it only offers me the option to Save.

I am able to print test pages, but nothing else will print. (I am able to print from my Dell laptop)

I uninstalled the printer several times & reinstalled it.

I used Scan Doctor 5.0.18 three times & it finally cycled all the way through & printed a test page, but I can still not print anything else, even after rebooting twice.

This White paper might be applicable. Microsoft is in the process of implementing WPP (Windows protected print) and if you happen to enable it, printers installed before you activated it will be disabled/deleted.
