HP MFP Printers

I have been trying to set-up scan to email on the printer devices in my organization and all printers refuse to work via Office365 company accounts. Note that the account has MFA disabled.

Please let me know if you need firther details.

I suspect you cannot use an account password to send email from a printer or PC.  It needs to be an "app" password.

The printer cannot use the account password. A special "application" password is required as discussed here.

Let me know if you need more help

Hello Beemer,  as you shared I used the AppPassword and its still giving me the same issue.

Please note I'm using Office365 with all stated options but I'm still getting the same issues.

[Edit]: we have 3 HP printers in the office and all of them keep returning the same issue!

One more thing to add here is I am facing this issue with Office365 company account and not other gmail accounts.
