You should consider to change the scan-to-mail procedure in your next firmware upgrade.
The process time it is to slow.
We are used to use the scan-to-mail function from HP devices and we didn’t expect to have this kind of service.
The function should not be through an app but through direct option from scan.
If that it’s not possible you should be specific in the technical specifications, because in this case (http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=4AA6-6865EEE&doctype=data%20sheet&doclang=EN_G...) the information given isn’t clear.
