Hello,

For the past few weeks, my printer's touch screen has been freezing when waking up from sleep. I can't select Copy or Scan, the icon is highlighted when I press but nothing happens. When I restart the printer, it asks me each time to select the language and prints the cartridge alignment page, as if it were new.
Firmware is up to date.
Anyone have a solution?
