HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

This started a few days ago while printing. The printer just stopped while printing a page and the display started flashing 6201922A. The power button, wifi indicator and the other icons starting flashing as well.  I have tried

- turning it off and then back on

- unplugging the power cord from both the printer and the wall and then reconnecting

- updating the firmware (it says my software is up to date)

I am not sure what to do at this point.

I received your message in my inbox advising to contact the phone support team. When i went to the link in the message it was just to a tech support contact page and for printer errors it directed me back to the website. That was not helpful and did not solve my issue.

Hi @busterkittles,

I see that you have tried all the available solution to resolve this issue.

That confirms that it is a hardware issue with the unit. Hence you may need to repair or replace the unit.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day!
