I bought a new HP inkjet 9125e all in one.  When you need to input characters for email address, the font is too small to correctly hit the right character.  The prior models clustered letters (ABCD) and then it popped up to pick the letter in bigger font.  This model has the whole keyboard crammed in the tiniest font.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

I've not tried to use the touchscreen Printer Control Panel for more than some of the regular settings -- these seem normally sized though I do think the screen on the 9135e is slightly larger than the control panel on the 9125e.

 

I generally use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) --

 

That said, if the setup you describe is something you can do in EWS,

AND

If you have access to a decent sized keyboard (for example, as might be available on a PC or laptop),

Perhaps use EWS to view and / or configure your Email settings.

 

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

1)  Section General > Email Servers

And, next

2)  Section Scan > Scan to Email
