HP Recommended

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-all-in-one printer- N911g

Changed ink cartridge 

Replaced with HP cartridge

Error message:  Printer Failure  There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off then on.  If problem persists contact HP.

Went through all the HP trouble shooting.  Used HP print and scan doctor which said they fixed some problems.  Believe I have downloaded all updates.  Help Please!!
