So I've been having issues with my printer not wanting to connect. I've had to cancel my HP Instant Ink until I can get it connected. I've bought new ink and well I'm having trouble connecting my printer.
Wireless is on and when I try to do the setup wizard, it just says "searching for wireless routers".
I've printed a HP Network Configuration Page and it says "Networking Capabilities are not available".
I've tried resetting the printer and router and still get the same message. I've tried restoring network settings, still the same message.
If it matters at the top is says IP not connected. And the wifi icon isn't lit up.
Someone please help me. I've been trying to fix these issues for over a month. I've tried looking for help and following advice through the virtual agent and other similar questions but I'm not getting anywhere.
I have sent you a private message with the semi-full reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
