I had picked up an un-opened Officejet 6600 all-in-one printer(S/N [Personal Information Removed] P/N CZ155A).  The black setup cartridge appears to be empty and when I try to put in a new cartridge it wants the setup cartridge.  When the setup is in it want me to remove and inspect for leaks.  The other cartridges seem to have ink in them.  Can I by-pass the set-up cartridge??
