Ijust bought a demo printer from “the” big box store — HP 7875. They gave us all of the stuff included with the printer except no start up cartridge. Normally I would just return it and get another one, But due to the virus there are no other ones — anywhere. Can you help me?
We need to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges. I have sent you a private message with the reset instructions. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
