I purchased an open box HP 9010 printer, and someone must have taken out the ink and then returned it. I cannot return the printer to the retailer, as per the terms of the state I bought it in. I purchased brand new ink cartridges, all four colors, and they wont work. The printer needs the setup cartridges. HELP! There has to be some we can buy directly from HP...or a way to bypass this? Thank you
