We bought our printer quite a long time ago but never set it up, now the setup ink cartridges are not working. Have tried installing different ink cartridges but the printer will not accept them until the setup ink cartridges have been used. I would love to get the solution to reset and re-initialize the printer. Thanks.

We could perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
