Product: Hp deskjet 2755
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using this printer for more than a month now.  When the black setup ink finished I replaced it with a hp black cartridge and it worked perfectly fine.  Today the printer was not connecting to wifi and I had to reset the printer.  But now its asking for setup cartridges and i do t have the black setup cartridge anymore.  How do i continue now?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try updating the printer firmware: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Remove all the cartridges and reset the Printer again.
