Hello to all, Does anybody know how to fix shadow image printing problems as it happens to both black and color on my printer??  I have currently tried everything that I can think of currently including cleaning the cartridges, realigning the cartridges and replacing both cartridges as well as manually cleaning the cartridges as well and to no avail..  Anyways, Thanks for listening and have a nice day there as well..  BTW, I have also tried a different computer setup entirely and including a Windows 10 computer and that did not fix it either!..
