Hi @Drkinx04
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're experiencing issues with printing a multi-page PDF where only the first page prints at the correct size and subsequent pages are smaller, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check Print Settings
- Scaling Options: When you go to print the PDF, check the scaling options in the print dialog. Make sure that "Fit" or "Actual Size" is selected, depending on your needs. Avoid options like "Shrink to Fit."
- Page Size: Ensure that the page size in the print settings matches the size of the PDF pages.
2. Update PDF Reader
- Make sure you're using the latest version of your PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat Reader). Outdated software can sometimes cause printing issues.
3. Print as Image
- In Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can try printing the document as an image. This can sometimes resolve scaling issues:
- Go to Print, click on Advanced, and check the box for "Print as Image."
4. Check for Printer Settings
- Verify the printer settings to ensure that there are no custom settings that could affect the print size for different pages.
5. Print One Page at a Time
- As a workaround, try printing each page individually. This can help identify if a specific page is causing the issue.
6. Convert the PDF
- If the issue persists, try converting the PDF to another format (like a Word document) and then print from there. This can sometimes help with formatting issues.
7. Check Printer Driver
- Ensure that your printer driver is up to date. Sometimes driver issues can cause unexpected printing behavior.
8. Try a Different PDF Viewer
- If you’re using a specific PDF reader, try opening the file in another viewer (like Foxit Reader or a web browser) and print from there.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
