Suporte da HP pós garantia não existe. Assitente virtual é mais "burra" que uma porta. Não consegue entender o que a gente precisa. Minha impressora parou de imprimir, embora o status esteja "pronto". Não imprime de nenhum dispositivo e não digitaliza. A gente não consegue falar na HP. Desespero total, minha impressora acabou a garantia há pouco tempo e não funciona mais.
