Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Smart Tank 5101 printer suddenly stopped printing. It says "offline" even on the settings page. My HP computer lists it as the default printer, too. I reinstalled the printer, turned off the wifi, etc. and it still doesn't print. It still makes copies, so I know it's not a printer problem but  a communication problem. I just can't figure out how to get my laptop to talk to my printer again.
