My printer under warranty was sent to HP for a replacement.  (Mine FedExed to them which they received). Replacement never showed up.  Called and said they were going to issue me a refund check.  Said "check processed on October 25, 2024.  On 12th day, guess what, no check.  Refused to give me a tracking number.  Refused to tell me where the "check" is.  Now claims to issue a second check.  Yes you guessed it, refused to give a tracking number.  This has been going on for over 2 months now.  Always promises but nothing ever shows up.  So now I don't have my printer that I paid $374 at best Buy nor the check to purchase one.  Don't trust them or buy their products.  They will lie to you and do nothing in return.  Don't buy the warranty, they will screw you in the end.
